Almost 90% of elections officers say they are little or not at all prepared for rolling out voter ID requirements, according to a Government survey.

Returning officers and electoral registration officers were asked to rate their understanding and preparedness for a range of reforms by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).
