Members of West Northamptonshire Council have formally appointed Martin Henry as chief executive and James Smith as section 151 officer.

Members of West Northamptonshire Council have formally appointed Martin Henry as chief executive and James Smith as section 151 officer.

Councillors voted to approve the appointments at a meeting yesterday evening.
