Assistant Director – Safeguarding and Social Care £90k - £105k

Working closely with local partners, you'll be the powerhouse leading and managing our high quality children's safeguarding and social care service. Your challenge? To ensure that we have all the right strategic and operational strategies in place to give children and young people the positive future they deserve, no matter what.

Assistant Director – Quality Assurance, Early Help and Prevention

£90k - £105k - Securing better outcomes for children is what drives you. To make it happen here, you'll develop and implement a truly effective early help, intervention and prevention strategy. One that will see you working collaboratively to deliver a 'joined up', family-focused early help and intervention approach.

Directing and shaping strategic and operational arrangements within this new framework, you'll lead from the front on a wide range of partnership issues.

Head of Service – First Response and Early Help £60k - £70k

A rapid response to referrals can make all the difference. That's why it's so important that we find a skilled professional to manage and lead this key element of Children's Services. With your substantial experience in the fi eld, you'll ensure that our approach to safeguarding meets statutory requirements and is fi t to operate on the front line. You'll relish the exciting challenge of contributing to our Early Help offer, so that every child has access to preventative services.

Head of Service – Safeguarding and Support £60k - £70k

The success of our Children in Need and Safeguarding services – and the wellbeing of thousands of children – will be in your hands.

So it's vital that you have the confi dence and expertise to inspire your team to perform at their best. Under your leadership, these services will be child-focused and shaped by the Munro report – and therefore aligned with our wider strategy. Creative, innovative, challenging – but also highly supportive: that's the environment you can expect.
