Warrington BC is proposing to raise council tax above the 5% referendum cap next year as it attempts to stave off a section 114 notice.

Warrington BC is proposing to raise council tax above the 5% referendum cap next year as it attempts to stave off a section 114 notice.

The council will also apply to the Government for exceptional financial support (EFS).
