WLGA defends councils over Covid funds

The Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) has defended the role of councils in distributing social care funding during the Covid pandemic.

The Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) has defended the role of councils in distributing social care funding during the Covid pandemic.

Responsibility for getting cash to providers for additional costs incurred during the pandemic was handed to local government.
