You will lead, manage and shape excellent services which make a real difference to the lives of young people, children and families in Wokingham. You will have substantial experience of managing children's and multi-agency services at either Director or Assistant Director level.You will have a deep knowledge of all safeguarding issues and legislation, and an unswerving focus on improving services and improving outcomes.

A skilled communicator, you will bring expertise in forging strong relationships with colleagues and external partners. You will bring a relentless focus on quality and excellence combined with strong budget management and leadership skills. You will play a major role in the leadership of the organisation as we continue to drive an ambitious agenda of change and improvement.
