Wychavon DC will meet today to consider the findings of an external options appraisal report for local government reorganisation in Worcestershire and agree on a preference.
A motion to the council calls on it to agree on either one unitary council for the whole of Worcestershire, or two unitary councils made up of North Worcestershire, covering the footprint of Bromsgrove DC, Reddich BC and Wyre Forest DC, and South Worcestershire, covering Malvern Hills DC, Worcester City Council and Wychavon DC.
