A developer is expected to be chosen next week to deliver the first 725 homes at Enfield LBC’s £6bn Meridian Water scheme.
Enfield has yet to make public which of the four shortlisted firms – Galliford Try, L&Q, Peabody and Redrow – recommended by officers to the cabinet, which will make its decision on April 24.
