Transformational leadership was the key to Manchester’s response to the arena bombing, says the city council’s chief executive, Joanne Roney.

The decision to continue business as usual in a show of defiance in the wake of last year’s attack was an example of the city’s resilience, she told The MJ's Future Forum North event.
