Gove pledges a 'waterfall of devolution'

Levelling up secretary Michael Gove has claimed there will be a ‘waterfall of devolution’ as powers cascade down to local areas.

Speaking at a virtual event on skills with think tank Respublica, Mr Gove promised more powers on skills to existing mayoral combined authorities with limited devolution to those who did not yet have mayor.
