Greater Manchester councils urged to pay Living Wage

By Jonathan Werran | 23 April 2015

Trafford MBC chief Theresa Grant and Wigan MBC chief Donna Hall both earn £165,000 salaries while interim Bury Council chief executive Mike Owen is understood to have an annual pay package worth £152,286.
