In Cornwall, we deliver enormous amounts of infrastructure change on an annual basis with ambitions to deliver much more. Along with our council-owned companies, we have plans to deliver schemes funded with £500m of capital resources.
Our insight tells us Cornwall’s capacity to deliver more could be capped by a number of factors, including the local market capacity. Some would say we are unable to influence this, but in Cornwall we would say, we can.
