Urgent action is needed to support social workers in Scotland and recruit more people into the profession, Social Work Scotland has claimed.
It’s latest report, Setting the Bar, found social workers were facing a rise in demand, a lack of understanding of the profession that has been exacerbated by COVID, budget pressures and increased admin.
