North Yorkshire County Council is pursuing ambitious plans for transformation. We face challenges balancing the need to make large-scale efficiencies with our plans for modernisation.

We are looking for a professional, performance-focused leader to drive performance and change, support our future direction in relation to strategic financial and performance management.

This is not a typical finance role and is not for the faint hearted but the rewards will be high for the right person.
