Your focus will be on developing and leading a new Integrated Disabilities Service which will combine children's and adult disabilities services. You will take a strategic approach and overview to service development whilst managing operational services, ensuring the active engagement of all service users and stakeholders.

A qualified social work professional, you will have significant senior management experience with a focus on children's/adult services. Highly skilled and confident, you will be an excellent leader, negotiator and collaborator with strong strategic and political awareness. You will also be an effective champion of change with a proven record of transforming services and a good understanding of safeguarding and protection.
