Cllr Jacob Williams appeared to be going for the Bond villain look in his appearance at a meeting of Pembrokeshire CC last week.

Although he absolutely nailed it with his desk and cat, sadly, his opening line was not ‘I've been expecting you...'

The cat had notably scarpered – taking its cushion with it – in Cllr Williams' later appearances.

Diary's sure the cat's disappearance wasn't a reflection on the content of the day-long meeting itself.
