Chief Executive

Linkage Community Trust is a large and successful charity, providing specialist further education, assessed by Ofsted as "Grade 1 Outstanding" residential and community care and support and employment services, to enable people with learning disabilities to realise their full potential and live as independently as their abilities and disabilities allow. Our vision is as valid today as it was when we were established in 1976.

To ensure our vision becomes a reality, we are seeking an engaging and innovative individual to provide clear and visible leadership to Linkage's highly motivated staff, volunteers and service users. Working alongside the Chair and a high calibre group of trustees and senior management team, you will deliver a strategy for growth, raise our profile and influence, innovate and drive our ongoing transformation.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record of strategic leadership, driving transformational change and building effective partnerships. You will have a strong understanding of governance and experience of developing a top team, instilling high performance and an entrepreneurial culture. In addition to exceptional corporate leadership skills, you will be commercially astute and a highly skilled communicator with the ability to engage and interact at all levels.

This is a demanding leadership role that will give reward and challenge in equal measure. For more information and how to apply, please visit this link.
