Director of Education Services at Lincolnshire

CfBT Education Services is a high quality innovative service working in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council to deliver its education services. Both CfBT and Lincolnshire County Council are ambitious to grow and extend these well regarded services to other local authorities and schools.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and knowledgeable individual to lead and manage 500 staff in Lincolnshire, delivering school improvement, additional needs, birth to fi ve, music, admissions and 14-19 services, including careers guidance, and a range of other activities.

The Director is a member of CfBT's Executive Management Team which oversees the management of the Education Trust. The two key responsibilities of the role are the development of further Lincolnshire services and the promotion of our services to local authorities, schools and academies in other areas.

The post requires significant leadership experience in the education world, as well as a commercial awareness and the skills to champion education excellence.
