WORKFORCE

Divisional Director Business, Employment and Skills

At Waltham Forest we are proud of our vibrant and multi-cultural borough, which has been nationally recognised for its strong community cohesion. Our residents and businesses are at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to unlocking Waltham Forest's potential.

As one of London's five Olympic Boroughs, we are benefiting from high profile infrastructure investment and improvements to our public realm. We want to capitalise on this investment by supporting our local businesses to thrive and by helping our young people to gain sustainable skills and employment.

We are now recruiting to two critical roles within our Environment and Regeneration Directorate. Your role will be to ensure that the legacy of the Olympic Games has a lasting impact across the whole borough from physical regeneration to the economy and skills agenda. Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive, your passion and commitment to delivering tangible outcomes and improvements for our residents will be critical to your success.
