Executive Head of Adults and Safeguarding

£75,288 - £92,037 (starting salary will depend on track record and experience.)

The Executive Head of Adults and Safeguarding is responsible for service areas of utmost importance to members and residents.

You will build on our innovative practice in adult social services, and you will be creative, constantly looking for outcomes that Improve the quality of the lives of the most vulnerable citizens, whilst at the same time achieve best value for money. You will work to improve the already vibrant partnerships with the local community, and other commissioners, such as the Sutton Clinical Commissioning Group, as well as local service providers, such as the Health Trusts, Police, and Sutton Housing Partnership (the ALMO) and London-wide networks.

You will also contribute to the work of the Council as a whole You will focus on achieving the best outcomes to residents – promoting independence and safeguarding, through not only the departmental staff in your services but across the wider organisation and external networks.
