We want to create a new type of Local Authority presence which delivers on the growth agenda in everything we do; which encourages innovation and creativity as standard; and frees us from dependence on central government handouts. In short we want to move from being a Council Business to a Business Council!

We are seeking someone with ambition, flair, and sufficient commercial nous to mould our core growth related services require excellent negotiating and relationship management skills and the post holder will be comfortable working in the company of politicians and business people.
