Formed in April 2011, Hoople Ltd is an innovative new company created to deliver improved support services to clients across the public and private sector in Herefordshire. It is the first company of its kind, being a joint venture between Herefordshire Council and the NHS organisations in Herefordshire.

Following the appointment of our Managing Director we are now seeking to recruit the senior leadership team which will transform and drive improved services for our partners.

These are four exceptional roles which will play a pivotal role in the company's success as we deliver business support services in a thoroughly modern, efficient and cost effective manner. As the new company develops so will the opportunity to grow its trading activities with customers beyond the existing partners which will demand entrepreneurial zeal and real commercial nous.

For each of these roles you will bring a sound understanding of public services and experience of leading multifunctional teams, creating high performing teams in a changing environment. This will be underpinned by a commercial mindset and track record of developing new services.
