The Local Government Association (LGA) has been unable to reestablish collective bargaining to agree pay for coroners.

The Local Government Association (LGA) has been unable to reestablish collective bargaining to agree pay for coroners.

Despite recent ‘frank and constructive' discussions between the LGA, which represents employers, and the Coroners' Society of England and Wales (CSEW), no agreement has been reached to reform the joint negotiating committee (JNC).
