Online supermarket Ocado has lost a high court battle against Islington LBC over the use of a storage and distribution centre in the borough.

The council reversed its decision to approve the use of an industrial estate in Tufnell Park, claiming it had granted development approval based on ‘false information' provided by property firm Telereal Trillium.

 

 

A judge dismissed the claim for a judicial review on the decision.
