Senior Operations Manager

A new post of Senior Operations Manager has been created to provide strong strategic and operational direction to the borough's children's social care operation. The successful candidate will require the vision and motivational abilities to embed an ambitious programme of change, while delivering a safe service and supporting a stable workforce.

Children's Services in Hillingdon have undergone a signifi cant transformation. You have the opportunity to join early in its implementation. The catalyst for this change has been our Children's Pathway Programme, bringing together the activities and functions across Children's Services and Education with a focus on Early Intervention.

Children's Services Manager

Up to £57.5K

The Children's Services Manager post will manage our front end services for children and families. They will have responsibilities for creating capacity by shaping how we manage the demand on these services, remove duplication and ensure consistency in our work with children and families in our recently merged Children's Social Work Team.
