Tri-borough Executive Director, Adult Social Care

c.£140,000 + benefits

Going from strength to strength, the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the City of Westminster shared tri-borough services is a unique vision that evidences results to residents on the ground. In this critical senior role, you will join the Tri-borough team and lead Adult Social Care (ASC) for these three high-performing councils.

To ensure services meet the needs of communities, you will engage with residents in each borough. You will then create an effective Tri-borough ASC model (that's fully integrated with Health), by directing a transformational business change management programme.

To be considered, you must be a capable senior manager, with the gravitas to win the trust of senior figures and deputise for each Council's Chief Executive. You will be used to managing sizeable teams and budgets; driving performance; and developing partnership working. However, to excel, you will also need significant knowledge of transformational business change management and some experience of re-designing ASC services.
