A deal to harmonise legacy pay and terms for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council workers is finally expected to be signed, six years after reorganisation.

A single pay structure for staff proposed by the council has been agreed by 83% of Unison members and 77% of GMB members in trade union ballots.
