As a leading UK coastal resort, Great Yarmouth is set for a busy visitor season with so many people planning staycations while foreign holidays are more challenging. A key focus for the council continues to be supporting the safe reopening of our visitor economy in line with the Government’s recovery roadmap.

The coronavirus pandemic has been challenging for tourism. Our COVID marshals have proved vital in our recovery, providing support and guidance to our businesses and communities, and we are excited to slowly open our resort again.
