Great Yarmouth is a place of complex challenges and unique opportunities – a place that requires, and is seeing, a strong place-leadership approach from the borough council to realise its significant potential for growth.

Like other coastal resorts, our borough faces a number of inter-related issues, including evolving tourism trends, low quality housing stock, pockets of deprivation, and the availability of funding.
