There's no diluting diversity

When Reform UK won Durham CC this May, the party's leader told staff working on diversity, as well as on climate change, to find ‘alternative careers'.

Nigel Farage's opinion on diversity is well documented. Back in 2023 he was calling NatWest's diversity and inclusion culture ‘divisive' after it shut down his Coutts account. The bank said his views were at odds with its own as an inclusive organisation. The MJ did try to contact Nigel Farage and Reform to see if they wished to expand on their views, but the emails have so far been unanswered.
