What makes an effective leader?

Effective leadership is more critical than ever. Leaders across sectors, from housing to local government face the challenge of balancing purpose, risk, empowerment and impact, often under intense scrutiny.

Effective communication, especially listening and creating space for feedback, is fundamental to building psychological safety and genuine engagement.
