Health and care partners in the capital are coming together to make visions of a ‘neighbourhood health service’ a reality, says Alison Griffin.

We all know health and care services are grappling with enormous challenges. Demand is skyrocketing. Hospitals, primary care, child and adolescent mental health services and others are struggling. Resources are stretched to breaking point. 

London is no exception to these pressures. Health and care partners in the capital are therefore coming together to make visions of a ‘neighbourhood health service' a reality, with far more focus on prevention, better use of technology, and targeted wrap-around support.
