Allied agrees rescue plan

Homecare provider Allied Healthcare has agreed a rescue plan with its creditors.

Around 150 local authorities scrambled to shore up their contingency plans last month after Stafford-based Allied, one of the UK’s largest providers of domiciliary care services, announced it would pursue a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA).
