The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) has announced Jacky Tiotto will as its new chief executive.
Ms Tiotto will join in the Autumn from Bexley LBC, where she is currently director of children’s services and is a former director of social care inspection development at Ofsted.
