Waheed Nazir has announced that he is stepping down from his role at Birmingham City Council as director of inclusive growth after 10 years.
Mr Nazir brought forward the delivery of redevelopment schemes including Birmingham Smithfield, HS2 Curzon, Paradise and the Commonwealth Games 2022 Athletes Village.
