COSLA raises pay offer

An improved offer of a 5% pay increase looks unlikely to halt strike action by council workers in Scotland.

The Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA) has raised its offer to 5%, including an increase to the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £10.50.
