Care workforce reform should recognise the role of housing associations

The urgent need for more care staff, and for experienced care staff to stay in the sector, seems to have been recognised by Government.

The promised £500m boost from the health and social care levy to help ensure the UK has an adult social care workforce suited to the demands of an ageing population is certainly welcome.
