Cat's out the bag

Recently I have spent a lot of time talking about safety with colleagues in my council and across the county.

Issues have ranged from feral cats and fly tipping – via the introduction of horseback mounted country watch teams – right through to how we ensure districts are plugged into mechanisms for preventing and detecting child sexual exploitation.
