Class action lawsuit planned over stalled Chinatown project

Liverpool City Council’s stalled New Chinatown development could result in a class action lawsuit launched against it, the leader of the council’s Lib Dem group has warned.

The housing and development scheme was of one of the council’s key regeneration projects for 2016/17.
