Council considers scrapping chief's role

Hertsmere BC is considering plans to delete its chief executive role with the current post holder on sick leave.

Donald Graham has not been at his desk since July and a personnel committee was due this week to consider a proposal to remove his post and review the council’s chief officer structure.
