A senior Northamptonshire CC councillor has called for culture change after failing to be informed about a key decision.
Cabinet member for children, families and education, Cllr Victoria Perry, revealed on Twitter that Sarah Homer would be continuing as interim managing director of LGSS (Local Government Shared Services) until November following an initial six-month appointment.
