Davey: SEND crisis could blow up in councils

The acting Lib Dem leader has warned that the crisis in special educational needs and disability (SEND) ‘could blow up in councils across the country’.

Speaking in a Westminster Hall debate yesterday, Ed Davey, who has a child with special needs, urged the Government to act.
