Diary has found itself doing lots of speech exercises ever since the reshuffle gave birth to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
The exercises have not been to improve Diary’s skills of clarity and enunciation, but rather an attempt to come up with an easy way of referring to the department – sorry, ministry – with a new acronym.
