Driving the regional economic renaissance

The recent launch of the Government’s industrial strategy has once again put the spotlight on the contribution that all the regions of the UK can make to the progress of our economy. Ensuring a more balanced pattern of growth across the country will be particularly important as the key elements of our post-Brexit economic plan take shape.

The regional focus over the past few years has been on the Northern Powerhouse and to a lesser extent, the Midlands ‘engine for growth’.
