Talks have started between two local government organisations after two high-profile chief executives parted company with their council just months after being appointed.
Lincolnshire CC chief executive Keith Ireland left the council in November after just a few months in post, a month after Ian Thomas left Lewisham LBC due to differences with mayor Damien Egan, who was on the panel that appointed him.
