John Robinson has been named as the new chief executive of Newark and Sherwood DC.
Currently chief executive of Gedling BC, Mr Robinson held a number of posts at Nottingham and Peterborough City Councils. He joined Gedling in 2008, and was appointed chief executive 18 months later.
