‘Legacy issues’ delay South Ribble accounts

The leader of South Ribble BC has told councillors the authority will miss the statutory deadline for publishing its annual accounts.

Cllr Paul Foster said the delay was due to ‘legacy issues’ that emerged after his administration took over following May’s local elections.
