Borough and district council leaders from across Northamptonshire this week met local government minister Rishi Sunak after a Whitehall-appointed inspector called for local government reorganisation.
Former Hackney LBC chief executive, Max Caller, last week said a ‘clean sheet, leaving all the history behind’ was necessary to ensure the proper running of Northamptonshire CC and delivery of services for its taxpayers.
