Objections to ‘unethical’ investment plans

Investment of public sector pensions should not turn a ‘blind eye to horrific human rights abuses’ and other unethical practices, a senior London politician has said.

London Assembly member Stephen Knight was speaking after his organisation decided to write to communities secretary Greg Clark expressing its objections to proposed restrictions on local government pension scheme investment decisions.
