Protecting the vulnerable – like all councils do – is some of the most important work we take on. This work manifests itself in a huge number of ways, from looking after children and adults who need us, to providing wider support for families and residents especially with the ongoing cost of living pressures.
But what do you do when you suspect there’s a cohort in need of some extra attention that could be slipping through the gaps – especially when this group is children?
